You Need A Self-Tape?

1. A professional working actor/supportive male or female reader

Our crew members are trained actors seen on TV and understand the challenges actors face. Don't panic. We are here to help. 

Send us an email with the sides along with any instructions from casting to ensure that we are prepared for a great reading. You also have the option to bring your own reader to the studio. 

2. A run through of your material

Rehearsal time is during the time you booked.

However, preparation is key! It is very important that you know your lines ahead of time so you can have time to review. Also, be sure to book enough time if the material you are preparing for is lengthy and requires a change of wardrobe. You are welcome to come early and prepare before your session starts. This gives the best results for you to shine!

3. Your takes

Cameras are rolling until you're happy! You will receive as many taped takes you need for auditions/slates/monologues within your time frame. If you need more time added to your session, it can be billed at the studio if we have the availability. 

4. Playback on a HD TV

We review your tape. Take this time to watch and enjoy the finished product as most actors forget to do. The session time you book includes review of footage. This can take up to ten minutes, sometimes longer, depending on the length and number of takes. Please allow for ample time when booking so we can help you pick the best take.

5. Editing & Uploading

Now it is time to sit back and relax because the hard part is over. Our team edits up to (2) selected scenes outside of your booking time. They will be delivered via WeTransfer or Dropbox within 4 hours or less after your booking.

You are free to take up to (2) selected scenes with you, if you would like to edit them yourself. You can also choose to use your own camera so you have your files immediately. Trust us, we understand.

• $40 for 30 minutes
• $50 for 60 minutes
• $75 for 90 minutes

* $1/minute rate applies to time spent over original time booked.

* $5 for additional scenes to edit.

* $15 for a rush order if your self-tape requires less than a 2 hour-turn around.
