You Need A Demo Reel?

1. Consultation call

You'll receive a consultation call within 24 hours of booking this service.

Please note all Gem Reel packages have at least a 5-7 day turnaround. We will notify you if it is possible for us to deliver sooner.

2. A 1 - 4 minute demo reel of your choice

A Gem Reel that fits your needs. There are platforms that only accept 1-minute reels. Casting Directors usually don't spend time shifting through footage. In that case, keep it simple, and start with a 1-minute reel. However, it's great to have both a short version and a long version to show off your work. You will also receive individual clips as it appears on the reel.

*Clients must provide footage for the reel via WeTransfer, Dropbox or downloadable links.

Think about the order in which you think you'd like your footage to appear (if you have a preference)

2. Editing & Uploading

• Color correction and audio leveling
• Titling: Clip titles, front and end card contact info and headshot
• Transitions and Fades
• Rounds of revisions (depending on your package)
• Includes separate clips of each scene as it appears on the completed reel (depending on your package)
• Delivered via WeTransfer or Dropbox within 5-7 business days

1. Compile list of clips

If you have links of your clips, please send them or tell us where we can find them.

2. Send material and contact information

Provide us with your headshot and the preferred contact information you would like present on your reel.

1. RUBY REEL - $220

Our most popular package. This package is designed for actors who have no more than 2-3 acting clips. 

Duration 1-minute reel. 

Includes:

• 1 round of revisions
• separate clips of each scene ($10 each)

2. EMERALD REEL - $330

This package is perfect for actors who want to show off more of their great work. 

Duration: 1-3 minute reel.

Includes:

• 2 rounds of revisions
• separate clips of each scene ($10 each)

3. SAPPHIRE REEL - $465

This package is for actors who want to be prepared at all times, ensuring they have everything they need in their actor's toolbox. 

You will receive the following:

• (1) 1-minute reel
• (1) 1-3 minute reel

Includes:

• 3 rounds of revisions
• separate clips of each scene ($5 each)

4. DIAMOND REEL - $575

This package is for actors needing every character type and genre covered. You can have an action/stunt reel, a comedic reel, a dramatic reel, etc.

You will receive the following:

Up to (2) 3-5 minutes reels.

Includes:

• Unlimited rounds of revisions
• separate clips of each scene (free)

* $60 for every minute over.

Reel Updates a.k.a Gem Cuts

• You can update your reel. Each added clip is $20.

*50% deposit is required for all Demo Reel packages.
